As our festival date grows closer we will have more details on what is planned.

Parish Picnic and Festival Kickoff ~ July 9th

Plan to join us on Sunday, July 9th, at 1:00pm for our annual Parish Picnic in the pavilion.  We will again celebrate by having a Pig Roast.  Also from the grill will be hamburgers, brats and hot dogs with the Men and Ladies of Seton as our cooks and hosts, and the Knights of Columbus will be there to serve beverages.  We ask that you bring a dish to share ~ last names beginning with A-I desserts; J-R salads; and S-Z side dishes. 

For our Festival Kickoff Weekend after each Mass, we will be selling Major Award tickets, Quilt Raffle tickets, and pre-tickets sales for our Basket Booth ~ 50 tickets for $20.  This special price is only offered from July 9th through August 13th.

To close our Kickoff Weekend, we will have our Early Bird Drawing during the picnic at 3:00pm.  Plan to join us for family ~ fun ~ fellowship.

Seton Festival Donations

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is looking for sponsors for the many booths, tents, and bandstand.  A sponsorship banner is an excellent opportunity to promote your business, service, or support the parish community. 

We are also seeking donations for the Festival Bid & Buy and Basket Booth.  Bid & Buy is a great way to showcase your handiwork, or to donate gently used household items to the festival.  

Please also look over your home libraries for any gently used books you are able to donate to the popular book fair.  All categories are needed including: children’s, religious, fiction, non-fiction, historical, mystery, etc.  Books may be dropped off at the parish office.

Credit Card Payment for a Festival Raffle Ticket:

If you would like to pay for a raffle ticket with a credit card, we have two options:

1. Call the Parish Office at 513.575.0119 and provide your credit card information verbally. We will process from the credit card, fill out your ticket(s) and send you a printed receipt of the purchase.

2. FIll out the Credit Card form and return to the Parish Office by mail or the collection basket at Mass. We will process your credit card, fill out your ticket(s) and send you a printed recipt of the purchase.

All credit card entries must be received by 4:00 pm, Friday of the festival weekend to be eligble for the major raffle drawing.

All prizes are subject to, and all winners are fully responsible for federal, state and local taxes. SEAS Parish has no responsibility for the payment of any taxes or fees associated with the prizes.

Winner(s) need not be present to win. Winner(s) must be at least 18 years of age. All winners will be notified by the Seton Parish Office and their names may be published in the church bulletin. No reproduction of tickets is permitted.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (Seton) and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati are not responsible for ticket purchasers who do not receive a ticket including the official rules, terms and conditions. By completing your entry and the payment thereof with credit card, you hereby agree to all the terms and conditions herein. Furthermore, you agree to release, relinquish, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Seton Parish, its employees, agents, successors and assigns against any and all loss, damage or injury in connection with your entry into the Grand Raffle and payment with credit card thereof.
