Print and fill out registration form

We would like to welcome you to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.  Once you have completed your registration form, you can either mail it to the parish office or drop it into the Sunday collection basket.  When we have received your registration form, a Welcome Committee member will contact you.  They will offer to meet with you or arrange to mail you a welcome packet containing information about our parish, school, ministries and activities.
