GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY(Why do you exist?): 
To help bring community to the parish for social events.

FUNCTIONS:  Plan, setup and cleanup for our

• ChiliFest held in October
• Lasagna Dinner held in December
• Work with the Men and Ladies of Seton for our

Seton Potluck held on our Patroness feast day or the first weekend in January Annual parish picnic held in July.

OUTCOMES/GOALS (How will you measure your success?): 
To help us become a more vibrant parish.

TIME REQUIRED:
Several hours for each event.

TRAINING & SUPPORT PLAN: 
On-the-job training

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED: 
No qualifications needed other than wanting to work with others.

TENURE/LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 
As long as one is willing.
