Prayer Co-op

The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Prayer Co-Op began almost 20 years ago. We are a group of over 100 people (many have been involved since the beginning) that strongly believe in the need and power of prayer. We sincerely want to use our personal prayer-power for the good of others.

The Prayer Co-Op does not have meetings, just a love of God and a desire to serve those in need through our prayer. Anyone can participate, even those who cannot leave their home. Each person is assigned a number and prays in their own way and in their own time for the petition opposite their number. The petition will change, but their number will not. The prayer list is updated monthly.

Through this special ministry, people in need have the knowledge and comfort of knowing that they or their loved-one is being prayed for and will receive all the benefits of intercessory prayer. People in need of prayer may put their requests on the petition tablet in the church narthex or call the Seton Parish Office at 575-0119.
